DLAZEN

DLAZEN (De Lapuerta Campo Arquitectos + Zero Energy) is a team of architects and engineers with more than 25 years of experience in architectural design and MEP engineering, project management, construction management, sustainable building design, development and planning of sustainable urban districts and Nearly Zero Energy and completely off-grid building design. Several of these projects have won national and international awards and have been published in magazines, books and scientific journals, and most importantly,  backed by positive feedback from clients and end-users. We have a high-level international status on Passivhaus projects, both as leading design consultants and as independent accredited building certifiers of residential and commercial projects. We also provide accredited training on this topic.

We are a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and experts in the energy sector. The group presents the official accreditations of Certified Passive House Designer, Certified Passivhaus Consultants, Certified Trainers and authorised Passive House building certifiers

Control of the CO2 level by placing CO2 probes in the classrooms.

Compactness, orientation and wind control, termal inertia of materials.
AEROTHERMIA
Installation of a back-up aerothermical energy system
The hot water supply will be realised by aerothermal energy.
